FINISHING OVEN / CLEANING METHODS
The entire furnace is to be cleaned safely with a soapy sponge, rinse and dry. If you
do not manage to eliminate persistent waste, follow the cleaning methods shown
below.
•
Always use the mildest cleaner to do the job.
•
Rub the metal finish in the direction of the grain.
•
Use clean, soft cloths, sponges or paper towels.
•
Rinse thoroughly with minimum water so that water does not drop inside the slots.
•
Dry to avoid forming pinions.
Cleaners listed below indicate the type of products to be used and are not
recommended. Use all products according to package directions.
This oven has a self cleaning function that eliminates the need to manually scrub the
oven. During self-cleaning, the oven uses very high temperatures burning dirt,
making ash.
IMPORTANT:
The health of some birds is extremely sensitive to the gases emitted
during the Self-Cleaning Cycle (Auto cleaning). Exposure to gases can kill certain
birds. Always move birds to another closed and well ventilated room.
•
Keep well ventilated during the Self-Cleaning Cycle (Auto cleaning) kitchen; this
will help you have less heat, odors and smoke.
•
It is normal to see smoke and / or an occasional flame during the self-clean cycle,
depending on the content and amount of soil remaining in the oven. If the flame
persists, turn off the oven and allow cooling before opening the door to clean food
residue with a cloth.
•
Do not block (the) pipeline (s) furnace exhaust during the self-clean cycle. Air
should flow freely. See "Ducting furnace exhaust."
•
Do not clean, rub, damage or move the seal of the oven door.
