Mobile Device 

 

4.2.1

 

Note that the default mobile device used in the J-Mini is the 
Nokia XR20. User instructions for this mobile phone can be 
found here:

user-guide 

 

a.

 

The integrated mobile phone is not intended to be used 
as a personal communication device. DO NOT remove it 
and try to use it for this purpose. 
 

b.

 

The Nokia mobile device is shipped with a prietary DRC  
software application pre-installed.  

 

c.

 

Do not remove the phone from its housing unless 
instructed to do so by the Support Team at DRC. 
 

d.

 

This phone is shipped with a minimal charge. We 
suggest that once you plug in the J-Mini, the device is 
allowed to charge for 2 to 3 hours. 

 

e.

 

If the battery is completely discharged, it may take 
several minutes before the charging indicator is 
displayed. 
 

f.

 

A SIM card is preinstalled in this mobile device and should not be removed or altered without 
speaking to

Insert the proper end of the USB cord into the outlet at the base of the instrument.

Insert the other end of the USB cord into the power plug and plug the unit into a grounded power 
source.
