Follow these steps so that we can help you in the resolution of any question or problem.
1.
Make sure that you have a proper internet connection. If you elect not to have a constant
connection, please have your someone from your technical service team establish a stable
connection.
2.
To connect to your local Wi-Fi network, follow these instructions:
1.
Swipe up on the mobile phone and tap on the settings icon.
2.
Tap on the Network and internet icon.
3.
Tap on the Wi-Fi icon
4.
Select your local Wi-Fi network from the list

Swipe from the bottom and tap on the Team Viewer icon

Tap the
OPEN QUICKSUPPORT

5.
Send the 10-digit number to DRC Support
Be prepared to provide a full description of the problem or issue to the service engineer. Stay
available if they require your hands-on intervention.

Contacting our Support Team directly is the best way to resolve your issue.
i.
We log in only for the duration of the session.
ii.
The Support Team only resolves an issue or performs an update. We do not access your
archive of scanned images without your request and permission.
