5. warranty
5.1 Warranty content
The thermal cycler, complying with the National Standard GB9706.1,is a general
instrument of Type B, Class
Ⅰ
. It is intended for indoor use.
The instrument is warranted for a period of one month, from date of shipment from the
company. To be free from defects in material and workmanship,our company shall be
obligated, to exchange the instrument which proves to be defective as described herein.
The instrument is also warranted for a period of twelve months, from date of shipment
from the company. To be free from defects in material and workmanship, our company’s
obligation shall be limited to repair or exchange (at our company.’s option) of the
instrument which proves to be defective as described herein.
The buyer is responsible for freight to the maintenance shop designated by our
company on all warranty claims. The buyer is also responsible for the transportation
expenses of the freight to the maintenance shop. Our company. shall be responsible for
the transportation expenses of the freight to the buyer.
After the warranty comes due, our company properly charge cost price for
maintenance of a defective device.
5.2 Warranty range
5.2.1 Breakdown happened under normal working condition, which is caused because
of the material or assembly or other reasons will be consistent with the warranty clause
and our company will repair it.
5.2.2 The above warranty is not applicable to defective devices with incorrect use,
abnormal operating conditions, improper application, and unauthorized maintenance or
alteration.
