“Scan step” allows the selection of 0.1nm, 0.2nm ,0.5nm,1nm ,2nm
and 5nm. “Scan speed” allows the selection of “HI”, “MEDIUM” and “LOW”.
For survey scan we suggest 5nm, HI. For detailed scan we suggest 0.5nm, HI
