Solution: Install voltage stabilizer.
5.4 Large baseline drift
1. The preheating time of the instrument is not enough
Solution: Extend preheating time.
2. Leak of the instrument
Solution: Find the leak for repair.
3. Voltage instability or electrostatic interference
Solution: Add voltage stabilizer and ground the instrument.
5.5 Too high background value
1. The suppressor is not working or the applied current is too small
Solution: Check whether the suppressor current is turned on or increased.
2. The concentration of eluent is too high
Solution: Reduce the concentration of eluent.
3. Applied potential and integration time are inappropriate.
Solution: Replace potential and integration time.
5.6 Low response value
1. The sample concentration is too low
Solution: Replace with large quantitative loop or concentrate the sample.
2. The surface of ampere working electrode is not smooth.
Solution: Polish and clean the working electrode.
3. The automatic sampler is set incorrectly
Solution: The sample suction volume of the set automatic sampler should be slightly larger
than that of the quantitative loop.
4. Automatic sampler fault
Solution: Observe whether the amount of liquid absorbed by the automatic sampler is
normal. If it is not normal, please contact our customer service personnel for repair.
