Shutting down the device

When phototherapy is finished, switch off the phototherapy light using the on/off
switch located on the rear of the light.

In order to isolate the device from the mains power supply, disconnect the power
cable from either the power socket or from the AC receptacle on the rear of the
phototherapy light.

Secure the device for safe storage:
Disconnect the radiometer (if equipped) and store in a safe location.
With a BiliLux phototherapy light placed directly on an incubator hood, secure
the power cable and remove the device from the incubator hood.
With a BiliLux with optional spring arm, secure the power cable and fold the
spring arm to a compact position.
With a BiliLux with optional trolley, secure the power cable, fold the spring
arm to a compact position, and lower the trolley pole to its lowest position.
Store in a safe location.
