SLOWING DOWN
The slowing down procedure is called during the spin cycle, only when the slow or fast spin
engine is activated:
1.-
In case of swinging
2.-
When the ADVANCE key is pressed
3.-
When the STOP key is pressed
4.-
During the reinitialization process after a disconnection
5.-
When the time for a step ends
The slowing down is variable, it depends on the time passed since the engine start and if the
engine spins fast or slow.
The slowing down maximum time is approximately reached 6 seconds after the start of the slow
spin and 12 seconds after the fast spin start. This maximum time can be programmed by the access
code (219) and it refers to the fast spin. The time of slow spin is always exactly half the time
programmed for fast spin.
Example:
Access code 219 --> Slowing down time = 200 sec.
At the beginning of the slow spin, if a swinging of two seconds occurs after the engine star, the
slowing down time will be 30 sec. This time will reach its maximum (100 sec.) after 6 sec. If
swinging occurs at the beginning of fast spin, the maximum slowing down time will be (200 sec.)
it will be reached in 12 sec.
NOTE:
If fast spin is preceded by a slow one, its minimum slowing down time will be the one
accumulated by fast spin during the first 6 seconds. (half the time programmed with access code
219), the remaining one will be added during the following 6 seconds.
STOP
It is possible to stop the execution of a programme at any time by pressing the STOP key.
REACHING THE LEVEL
If during the execution of a programme, in a step where the water level in the tank is 3 cm below
the preselected level (water loss through discharge valve), the water load relay will be
automatically activated until the level of the current step is reached.
This function is activated every time a step starts and the cause for the previous step end has been
a discharge level.
UNBALANCE
If during the spin phase, due to an incorrect distribution of the clothes, an excessive swinging is
produced, the spin ends. An automatic slowing down is produced and then the unwind cycle
begins, cycle 99, which is programmed as a wash distribution routine.
If three consecutive excessive swinging situations occur, the programme stops and the machine
changes to a state of end of activity.
In this case the fault is displayed when the corresponding LED in of the front panel lights on
(signal 2).
