NETWORK 

The network settings additional to them in the Quickstart are: 

•

 

DNS:

  whether the OD-Sip Plus should get its DNS server settings through DHCP or manually. The 

following fields; Primary DNS/Secondary DNS are shown or hidden depending on this choice. 

•

 

Primary DNS:

 IP address of the primary DNS server. 

•

 

Secondary DNS:

 IP address of the secondary DNS server (optional). 

•

 

Layer 3 Qos:

 this setting regards the „quality of service“ on the network and should only be changed 

by network administrators because it sets the priority of data packets on the network. 

•

CALL DESTINATIONS 

In advanced settings all 116 call destinations are freely editable. 

The main use of call destinations is to configure the buttons connected to the connectors Z1 – Z4 (see chapter 
2.2); those inputs are evaluated as 4 bit binary value. A pressed button will result in value “1”, if not pressed in 
value “0”. If for example only the button connected to input “Z1” is pushed the resulting 4 bit binary value will be
