During cutting, place the blade
guard as close as possible to the
tile, in order to avoid water
splash.
The manufacturer declines all
responsibility for loss or damage
resulting from misuse or any
modification, alteration or powe-
ring that does not conform to the
manufacturer's original specifica-
tions.
In the event of deterioration and
scrapping of the machine, the fol-
lowing items must be disposed
of in accordance with the requi-
rements of the legislation in
force.
At the work station, the sound
pressure level may exceed 85 db
(A)
In this case individual protection
measures must be taken.
Never cut dry. Check frequently
the water level through the over-
flow (change water as often as
necessary)
Store in a safe place
Maintain tools carefully
• Remove the tank (fig 7).
• Empty the tank.
• Clean the machine daily, keeping the
water compartment clean.
• Store in a dry place.

Spare parts
For rapid delivery of spares and in order to
avoid any wasted time, it is necessary to
remind your supplier of the details shown
on the instruction plate on the machine with
each order, as well as the reference of the
part to be replaced.

Repairs
• Straight cuts
- Raise the two clips at the ends of the
guide (fig 4).
- Position the cutting guide
- Lower the two clips
- Slacken off the two nuts (fig 5).
- Adjust the movable part of the guide.
- Tighten the two nuts.
• Diagonal cuts
- Place the accessory in position on the
movable part of the guide.
- Slide the guide and the material toge-
ther.
• Bevel cuts
- Slacken off the two side nuts (fig. 6).
- Lean the motor over to the cutting angle
required (from 90° to 45°).
- Tighten the two nuts.
- Adjust the cutting guide as for vertical
cuts.
- Hold the material firmly and advance it
steadily.
- Towards the end of the cut, do not push
too hard.
• Pass the material slowly and without
force, through the diamond blade.
• This will ensure a greater lifetime of the
blade and avoid overheating of the motor.
• After each use, stop the machine by
means of the on - off switch.
• Tighten all the nuts and bolts regularly.
• Check that there is sufficient water sup-
ply during operation.
• Tighten the blade firmly.
• A plastic/polypropylene water tray is
recommended.
