4.3.1. Fuses
The electrical part of the JMB-E burner is secured by safety fuses.
These safety fuses of the burner boiler are located on the burner control panel below the frame & behind the
cover plate. The motor fuse is located at the cut- out where you can change the motor oil.
The fuses can be replaced by clicking open the fuse holder.
Next, the fuse can be taken from the holder and can be replaced.
Always pay attention to the foreseen amperage, which should not be exceeded!!
Switch off the machine before replacing the fuse!!
4.3.2. Burner switch
The burner switch is executed as turning switch and has two positions with indication led:
* “Flame off“:: The burner is now switched off manually.
* “Flame on “: The burner is now electrically switched into stand-by position, so it can be used by the control.
The burner operates automatically at sufficient work flow to heat up the water to the set temperature.
An indication led will flash when a possible disturbance occurs.
Check the operating panel/ fault diagram of the cleaner to check and solve the fault message.
The led will stop flashing when the error has been resolved on the operating panel.
4.3.3. Temperature regulating knob
The temperature regulating knob is a turning knob.
The maximum temperature of the cleaning water will be set by means of the temperature regulating knob.
The burner control will not exceed the adjusted temperature during the working activities.
The turning knob has 2 directions:
* Knob to the left: decrease temperature
* Knob to the right: increase temperature
A cleaning temperature of more than 95°C can only be reached by lowering the flow output (water quantity
in litres/min.) supplied by the HP- pump. Pressure and flow are related items, where less pressure will
also lead to less flow. This allows to have higher temperatures, which will increase to the adjusted value on
the thermostat. If the flow is getting to low (flow switch) or the preset temperature (thermostat) likely to be
exceeded, this combined control will switch off the burner temporary. In this way the system automatically
prevents that the temperature will be exceeded to the maximum allowed value.
4.3.4. Emergency button
The emergency stop can be recognized by the red pushing button on a yellow disc.
- Push the emergency stop: the machine stops immediately at emergency situations.
- Pull out the emergency stop: the machine can be restarted.
4.3.5. Key switch/display
The main switch is a key switch and has three positions (see operation type of motor for specifications).
