Electronic Article Surveillance (EAS)
You can manage other EAS features of I-Code SLI-L/S tags in “EAS” tab in “I-
Code SLI” panel (see section 0).
Before using those commands, you may have to authenticate with EAS password as explained
in section 9.8.2.
To read current EAS ID, click “Read”.
To write current EAS ID, enter its value as two hexadecimal bytes then click “Write”.
To check EAS state of a tag whose EAS ID matches a specific EAS ID mask, specify mask
length (1 or 2 bytes), enter mask value is “EAS ID value” field as one or two hexadecimal
bytes, then click “Check”.
To password protect EAS features, click “Protect”.
