the “Change PIN“ sensor field.
4.5.1.3 Error messages
Error messages are issued in the following cases:
An incorrect PIN is entered, see figure 26.
A function is called up which has been blocked by activating the program protection feature,
see figure 27.
4.5.2 Furnace parameters
Reset calibration offset, hours of operation and language settings here. All other displays in this
menu are for infor mational purposes only and cannot be changed.
4.5.2.1 Reset calibration offset
Note:
Reset the calibration to “0 °C“ prior to starting the silver test sequence.
1. Press sensor button “Calibration offset”.
2. Press sensor button “C”, numerical values are reset to zero.

Press sensor button “M” until the previous program is displayed.
Now open the silver test sequence (#475) and recalibrate the furnace (see section
6.5
).
Note:
The offset cannot be manually entered or changed.
Therefore, always run the silver test sequence for calibration.
4.5.2.2 Vacuum test
1. Press sensor button “Vacuum test”.
2. Press sensor button “Start/Stop”.
The vacuum test starts.
Abort vacuum test by pressing the sensor button “Start/Stop”. The set vacuum of 50 hPa must
not decrease by more than 20 hPa within 5 minutes. After the program is complete, the screen
displays whether this requirement is met.
4.5.2.3 Reset language
1. Press sensor button “Reset language”.
2. Confirm with the “C” button.
3. Disconnect

4. Reconnect

to main power. The start screen is displayed, and the
language must be selected. All other individual settings remain set.
5. Select new language.
4.5.2.4 Heating % (power factor)
This function specifies, with which percentage of the main power the heating muffle operates.
Depending on main power and heating muffle, the furnace automatically sets to 30%, 75%,
85% or 100%. When ordering a replacement heating muffle, always specify the voltage on the
type label of the furnace.
