Table 2-4 lists the options and descriptions for the information fields that appear on the

, the integrated port automatically attempts to

the next available port designation that shares the same IRQ setting.
Parallel Port

The system automatically disables the built-in parallel port if an expansion card
containing a parallel port at the same address is detected.
Parallel Port Mode

Sets the parallel port mode of operation between

mode and
PS/2
mode. In
AT
mode, the integrated parallel port can output data only to an attached device. In
PS/2
mode, the built-in parallel port can both input and output data.
