Operating the sorter
If an error is made during MEDIA entry, one of
these conditions may exist:
Condition #1
An incorrect amount is entered, but the EN-
TER Key has not been pressed;
a. Press the C/CE Key to clear the Display.
b. Enter proper amount using the Numeric
Keypad.
c. Press ENTER to enter the proper
amount.
Condition #2
An incorrect amount is entered, but the EN-
TER Key has been pressed;
a. Select the same amount and press the
“--” Key.
b. Select the correct amount and press the
ENTER Key.
Condition #3
All the checks have been entered using the
proper procedure. Later (in the same batch)
an additional check is found. Enter the addi-
tional check in the normal manner. The
quantity will automatically enter into the
batch total as long as the ACCEPT Key has
not been pressed for that batch.
