Copy Menu
Images and events can be copied to CD/DVD or USB Media for remote reviewing away from the unit
(for evidential or monitoring purposes). The Copy Menu can be accessed via the ‘Archive’ (Yellow)
button on the Archive Selection page.
The Copy menu will display the �rchi�e periods added to the Copy ��ent �ist. The Start and Finish
date�times will be shown along with the estimated size of the download. �ndi�idual cameras can be
added in the format 1,3,5 etc; or a range of cameras can be entered i.e.1-16. To add a chosen e�ent
to the download, tick the Select checkbo�.
�rchi�e �edia
Select the media de�ice (US� or CD�D�D) for archi�e purposes.
�nclude �iewer �pplication
Select whether the application required to �iew archi�ed data is
included in the download.
Used (Blue)
Displays the space (as a percentage) already used on the chosen
media de�ice.
Required (Green)
Displays the space (as a percentage) required to download the
selected archi�e(s).
Free (�hite)
Displays the space (as a percentage) that will remain following
the download.
Status
Displays messages rele�ant to the archi�e process i.e. ‘�rchi�e
�n �rogress’.
Progress
Displays the progress of the current archive (as a percentage
of completion).
