Esta operação deve ser realizada como manutenção ordinária
a cada 2.000 horas de trabalho, após controle ou após vaza-
mentos e respingos pelos furos da campânula de drenagem.
Para desmontar a vedação, agir da seguinte forma:
B1
Desmontar a bomba assim como descrito nas operações
preliminares deste capítulo.
B2
Retirar os parafusos e a carcaça externa do corpo da
bomba.
B3
Segurando a ventoinha do motor, soltar a porca de fixação
da hélice.
B4
Extrair as juntas de vedação OR e a hélice.
B5
Extrair o elemento central do corpo da bomba.
AVISO
: as vedações são constituídas por elementos
extremamente precisos e realizados em materiais
cerâmicos e carboneto de silício e nunca devem ser lubrifi-
cadas e/ou manuseadas com mãos sujas, para evitar danos
irreparáveis.

Usar luvas limpas de látex e extrair os elementos da ve-
dação dos respectivos alojamentos.
B7
Retirar os parafusos de fixação e o motor da campânula
da bomba.
B8
Retirar a chave do eixo e extrair o casquilho cerâmico.
B9
Verificar visualmente que as superfícies de contato das
vedações estejam polidas e planas. Em caso de riscas,
aderências ou superfícies opacificadas, é necessária a sub-
stituição.
A desmontagem e o controle da vedação estão concluídos.
Para montar novamente, agir como descrito na seção a se-
guir.

In order to disassemble the seal, proceed as follows:

Disassemble the pump as described in the preliminary
operations in this Chapter.
B2
Remove the screws and the outer casing of the pump
body.
B3
Keep the motor fan still and loosen the impeller lock nut;
B4
Withdraw the O-Ring gaskets and the impeller.
B5
Withdraw the central part of the pump body.
WARNING
: The seals are composed of extremely
precise elements, made from ceramic material and
silicon carbide, hence they must never be lubricated
and/or handled with dirty hands, thus avoiding irreparable
damage.

Wear clean, latex gloves and from the sealing elements
from their housings.
B7
Remove the fastening screws and the motor from the
pump casing;
B8
Remove the key from the shaft and withdraw the ceramic
bushing.
B9
Visually check that the contact surfaces of the seals
are shiny and flat: in case of scratches, seizing or opaque
surfaces, replace them.
The sealing disassembly and check is now complete.
For reassembly proceed as described in the following section.

AVVERTENZA: le tenute sono
costituite da elementi estrema-
mente precisi e realizzati in materia-
li ceramici e in carburo di silicio e
non devono mai essere lubrificati in

ceramica.

Verificare visivamente che le superfici di contatto delle

grippaggio o superfici opacizzate bisogna provvedere alla
loro sostituzione.
Lo smontaggio e la verifica della tenuta è così termi-
nata. Per il rimontaggio operare come descritto nella
prossima sezione.
