ATENÇÃO: antes de intervir na bomba e/ou an-
tes de realizar manutenções ou consertos, é ne-
cessário:
A – descarregar o produto que está sendo bombeado e fechar
a válvula de interceptação produto (saída).
B – deixar circular um fluido de lavagem, idôneo e não in-
flamável; em seguida, abrir a válvula de entrada e descarre-
gar o fluido de lavagem; parar o motor da bomba.
C – fechar as válvulas de interceptação (aspiração e saída)
D – cortar e colocar em condição de segurança a alimentação
elétrica do motor da bomba;
E - Usar os equipamentos de proteção individual idôneos
para a operação (máscaras para o rosto, luvas, botas de se-
gurança, aventais etc.): PERIGO DE EJEÇÃO DO FLUIDO.
ATENÇÃO: limpar a bomba apenas com um pano
umedecido com detergentes idôneos.

Desconectar os tubos de aspiração e saída do fluido da
bomba.
2.
Desconectar o cabo de alimentação elétrica do motor.
3.
Providenciar a desmontagem e a retirada da bomba do
local de instalação com equipamentos de levantamento ade-
quados.
OBS.:
consultar o esquema das peças de reposição
para as sequências de desmontagem e nova monta-
gem da bomba para as operações descritas abaixo.

- Realizar as operações necessárias, utilizando luvas de pro-
teção e todos os outros equipamentos de proteção individuais

etc.): perigo de projeção de fluido sob pressão e queimadu-
ras.

cloth, moistened with an appropriate detergent:
1. Disconnect the fluid suction and delivery pipes of the pump;
2. Disconnect the electrical power supply cable from the mo-
tor;
3. Proceed with disassembling and remove the pump from the
installation area, using appropriate lifting equipment.
NOTE

Before intervening on the pump and/or before carrying out

• Perform the necessary operations while wearing protection

ATTENZIONE: prima di interve-
nire sulla pompa e/o prima di
eseguire interventi di manutenzione
o riparazione bisogna:
A- scaricare il prodotto che si sta
pompando e chiudere le valvole
di intercettazione prodotto
(mandata).
B- far circolare un fluido di lavaggio,
idoneo e non infiammabile,
dopodichè aprire la valvola di
mandata e scaricare quest’ulti-
mo; arrestare il motore della
pompa.
MAINTENANCE FOR
THE PRODUCT CIRCUIT
WARNING: before any operation
on the pump and/or before any
maintenance or repair operation,
proceed as follows:
A. discharge the product being
pumped and close the product
intercepting valve (delivery);
B. run an appropriate, non-
flammable washing fluid
through the circuit, after which
discharge it by opening the
delivery valve; stop the pump
motor;
