quence in reverse order. Tighten the fixing bolts
evenly.

B. LIMPEZA E SUBSTITUIÇÃO DAS MEMBRANAS
Para o bom funcionamento da bomba, e, sobretudo, para ga-
rantir os requisitos de segurança e tutela contra o risco de
explosão, é indispensável realizar os controles, as limpezas
e/ou a substituição das membranas, respeitando os prazos
indicados pela tabela.
ATENÇÃO: as membranas (em contato com o pro-
duto e as externas) são componentes sujeitos a
elevado desgaste. Sua vida útil é fortemente in-
fluenciada pelas condições de uso e pelas solicitações
químicas e físicas. De testes realizados sobre milhares
de bombas instaladas com prevalência igual a 0 e fluido
a 18º C. a duração normal ultrapassa os 100.000.000 (cem
milhões) de ciclos. Por razões de segurança, nos ambien-
tes com perigo de explosão, é obrigatória a sua substitui-
ção a cada 20.000.000 (venti milioni) di cicli.

B. CLEANING AND REPLACING THE DIAPHRAGMS
For good operation of the pump and to guarantee that all the
safety and protection requirements against explosion risks have
been taken, it is indispensable that the controls, cleaning and/or
replacement of the diaphragms are carried out in accordance
with the intervals shown in the table.
WARNING: the diaphragms (in contact with the
product or the external ones) are highly subject
to wear. Their duration is strongly affected by the
conditions of use and by chemical and physical stress.
Fields tests carried out on thousands of pumps installed
with a head equal to 0 and with fluid at 18° C have shown
that normal service like exceeds 100,000,000 (one hundred
million) cycles. For safety reasons, in environments at
risk of explosion, the diaphragms must be replaced every
20,000,000 (twenty million) cycles.
