The machine is switched on and off at the main switch (7). The oper-
ation indicator lamp lights up when the machine is switched on (3).
The work piece is placed on the bending pins (10). Longer work
pieces are also fed through the hose guide (6). Before the cutting pro-
cess is started, the protective cover (1) is closed manually using the
catch bolt (2). The motor of the cutting knife is started by means of
the MOTOR START button (4). By pressing the foot pedal (8), the
pneumatically driven cutting fork (9) moves to the lowest position and
pushes the work piece towards the cutting knife for cutting. By releas-
ing the foot pedal (8), the cutting fork (9) moves back up to the start-
ing position. The motor of the cutting knife is stopped by means of the
MOTOR STOP button (5).
The speed setting (11) is used to adapt the feed speed of the cutting
fork (9) to the work piece. In order to optimise work processes, the re-
turn stroke setting (12) can be used to adapt the return stroke path of
the cutting fork (8). Using the manual return stroke (13), the cutting
fork (9) can be returned to the uppermost position manually, irrespec-
tive of the return stroke setting (12).
The cut counter (14) counts the number of completed cutting pro-
cesses and can be reset by activating the pushbutton.

The machine can be fitted with accessories. A list of the available ac-
