Lead Compressor Alternation
Forces alternation of the lead Compressor in a Cascade Controller.
Lead Compressor Alternation
,
par. 25-50, must be set to either
At Command
[2] or
At Staging or At Command
[3].
Alternation
Event
, par. 25-51, can be set to any of the four options.
[130 - 132] Compressor 1 Interlock - Compres-
sor 3 Interlock
For all 3 setting options below, par. 25-10, Compressor Interlock, must be set to
On
[1]. The function
will also depend on the setting in par. 25-06, Fixed Lead Compressor. If set to
No
[0], then Com-
pressor 1 refers to the Compressor controlled by relay RELAY1 etc. If set to
Yes
[1], Compressor 1
refers to the Compressor controlled by the frequency converter only (without any of the build in
relays involved) and Compresso r2 to the Compressor controlled by the relay RELAY1. Variable speed
Compressor (lead) cannot be interlocked.
See below table:
Setting in Par. 5-1*
Setting in Par. 25-06
[0] No
[1] Yes
[130] Compressor 1 Interlock Controlled by RELAY1 (only if
not lead Compressor)
Frequency Converter control-
led (cannot be interlocked)
[131] Compressor2 Interlock
Controlled by RELAY2
Controlled by RELAY1
[132] Compressor3 Interlock
Controlled by RELAY3
Controlled by RELAY2
[139]
Compressor 1 Inverse Interlock
Interlocks compressor 1 of the Pack Controller when digitally low and issues Warning [W219]. When
inversely interlocked, compressor 1 (the lead compressor) is staging according to the Fixed Speed
Neutral Zone (par. 25-23).
[140]
Compressor 2 Inverse Interlock
Interlocks compressor 2 of the Pack Controller when digitally low and issues Warning [W219].
[141]
Compressor 3 Inverse Interlock
Interlocks compressor 3 of the Pack Controller when digitally low and issues Warning [W219]..
