3.47  Thermistor Abnormality

All outdoor unit models

Error Code

H9, J3, J5, J6, J7, J8, J9

Method of Error 

Detection

Detect according to temperature detected with individual thermistors.

Error Decision 

Conditions

The system is in operation and the thermistor causes wiring disconnection or short circuit in it.

Supposed

Defective connection of thermistor

Defective thermistor

Defective outdoor unit main PCB

Troubleshooting

Thermistor is 

connected to the 

connector.

Replace the outdoor unit main 
PCB (A1P).

Connect the connector and turn 
ON again.

Be sure to turn off the power switch before connecting or disconnecting 
connectors, or parts may be damaged.
