4.11 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION, ARM REST

Removing arm rest

Remove the black covers.

Unscrew and remove the screws (1) from
the arm rest.

Installing arm rest

Fit the screws and install the black covers.

4.12 REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION, SEAT BELT MECHANISM

Removing seat belt mechanism

Remove the side cover panel on control
side (without disconnecting the air hoses
from the IPS valve).

Remove the cover (1).

Remove the screw (2) from the mounting
plate (3).

Remove the screw (4) from the seat belt
roll.

Remove the screw (5) from the lower seat
belt mount.

Installing seat belt mechanism

Install the seat belt mounts and tighten
them to the specified tightening torque, see
“Technical data”.

Fit the seat belt roll holder and tighten it to
the specified tightening torque, see
“Technical data”.

Fit the cover (1).

Install the side cover panel on control side.
