Installing control panel

Note:

For the colours of the control cables for the
heater refer to “Technical data”.

1.

Turn all control knobs fully to the left (0 and
cold respectively).

2.

Attach one side of the control cable of the
foot valve to the innermost lever of the
heater manifold, push the outer cable
against the white stop and fix the clip.

3.

Attach one side of the control cable of the
defroster valve to the outermost lever of the
heater manifold, push the outer cable
against the stop and fix the clip.

4.

Attach one side of the Bowden cable of the
heater valve to the temperature control
lever, push the outer cable against the stop
and fix the clip.

5.

Attach the other side of the control cable to
the heater valve, adjust the heater valve,
see chapter “Inspection and adjustment”
and attach the clip.

6.

Check the settings by setting the control
knobs to various positions. In the zero
position the relevant valve or tap must be
closed and the knob must be easily
adjustable over its entire range.

7.

Reconnect all electrical connections.

8.

Fit the control panel and the radio panel.
