3.3.20. Nozzle tube
•
Apply sealant (LOCTITE # 620) to the
nozzle tube and place the O-ring over
the cylinder head fitting face on the noz-
zle tube, then install the nozzle tube in
the cylinder head.
•
Install a guider of the nozzle tube insert
ass’y ( Expander) the cylinder
head, then tighten the nozzle fixing nuts.
•
Apply engine oil to an expander and
install it onto the special tool (guider).
•
Tighten the bolts until the expander is
forced out of the cylinder head bottom.
•
After mounting the nozzle tube, make a
hydraulic test to check for water leaks.
3.3.21. Cylinder head
•
Install the injection nozzle fixing stud
bolts and water pipe fixing stud bolts.
•
Clean the head bolt holes on the cylin-
der block with compressed air to remove
foreign substances and thoroughly
clean the gasket fitting face of the cylin-
der block.
