1. Compress the valve spring with a valve spring
replacer and remove the collect (2).
2. Remove the valve spring retainer (3), valve spring
(4), valve stem seal (5) and the valve (1).
I M P O RTANT :
•
Do not interchange valves and valve parts.
Mark the cylinder number on the valve and the
parts to prevent interchanging.
(When reassembling)
•Apply oil to the stem of valve and install in the
cylinder head.
•Lubricate the valve and the parts after
r e a s s e m b l i n g .

(A) Injection Pump
1. Remove the injection pump cover (3) with the
engine stop lever(2).
2. Remove the injection pump.
(When reassembling)
•Apply liquid gasket to the both sides of injection
pump cover gasket and install it.
•Install the injection pump so that its control rack p i n
(4) engages with the groove (5) of fork lever 1.
• Install the injection pump cover with the arm of
engine stop lever (2) at the right of the arm of fork
lever 1 (1).

(B) Governor Spring
1. Disconnet the governor spring 1(1) and 2(2) from
the fork lever 2(3) .
(When reassembling)
•Fix the governor springs (1),(2) to the governor
lever and pull the springs, hook on to the fork lever
2 .
