Use the i
nterface tunnel
configuration command to add a tunnel and to enter the
interface configuration mode. Use the
no interface tunnel
configuration
command to remove a tunnel.
interface tunnel {tunnel-ID}
no interface tunnel {tunnel-ID}

Examples
The following example will add a tunnel of 2, and then enter into the interface
configuration mode.
The following example will remove IPv6 tunnel 2.
Syntax Description
tunnel-ID
Specifies the ID of the tunnel to be added, removed or configured. The valid
tunnel ID range is 1-127.
Switch(config)# interface tunnel 2
Switch (config-if)#
Switch(config)# no interface tunnel 2
