Front panel and light indicators 

 

The LED indicators are installed on the front panel of the CIP-ALL to show its operation status. 

 

 

 
Admin console port: 

Indicator 

Function 

 / POWER 

Shows that the equipment is powered on. Flashes when the unit is starting, or during a firmware upgrade. 

SYNC 

OFF when all Bundles are synchronized. 

Flashing when a test is in progress. 

ON when a Bundle connection fails 

 
 
It is possible to connect the ADMIN port to the serial port of a computer (19200, 8, N, 1). This connection is not required for the operation of the 
equipment. It is temporary only during installation and testing.

Indicates that the user equipment transmits data to the serial port TERM. 

Rx 

Indicates that the user equipment receives data from the serial port TERM. 

 

 

 

 

There are two green LEDs per Ethernet LAN port, and one for the Gigabit Ethernet optical ports: 

Indicator

FO1, FO2, 

LINK/ACT (RJ45 right led) 

ON when the port is connected. 

Flashing when Ethernet frames are transmitted through the port. 

100 (RJ45 left led) 

ON when port is connected at 100 Mbit/s. 

OFF when port is connected at 10 Mbit/s (or disconnected if the LINK LED is OFF). 

 
 
E1 Port in option: 

Indicator 

Function 

LOS 

ON when port is disconnected. Available with Unframed and Framed mode. 

OFF when E1 is synchronized. 

AIS 

ON when the E1 port receives an AIS signal. Available with Unframed mode only. 

OFF when the E1 port receives normal data.
