Route the two remaining sections of wires on the
A/C harness out the rear of the left side of the
vehicle so that they pass above the ROPS tube
and end near the compressor.

Re
-
connect the OEM dynamo wires to the vehicle
wire harness. Connect the blue wires with the two
bullet terminals from the A/C harness to the bullet
terminals on the secondary dynamo.
7.13
Connect the female bullet terminal on the end of
the blue wire to the male bullet terminal on the
compressor.
7.14
Remove the bolt shown in figure 7.13 and install
the
3/8”
ring terminal from the A/C harness onto
the bolt so that it is contacting the ear of the
compressor.
7.15
Use cable ties to secure the wire harness going to
the compressor to the hoses.

Re
-
install the negative terminal back onto the
battery post and tighten.
7.17
Install the 4 ring terminals on the black ground
wires to the battery bolt and secure with an
additional nut.
