HEART RATE TRANSMITTER CHEST STRAP
1.
Adjust the strap length to fit tightly
but comfortably, it should be tight
enough to stay in place during your
exercise
2.
Push one tab of the strap through the
slot in the chest strap. Press the tab
down
3.
Wet both sensors on the back of the chest strap using water (or use ECG gel)
to create a strong connection between your pulse and the transmitter. Make
sure you do not wet the battery compartment
4.
Wear the chest strap directly on your skin. Wrap
the strap around your chest, and attach it to the
other side of the chest strap
5.
Check that the wet electrode areas are firmly
against your skin and that the CSX logo of the
chest strap is in a central and upright position
