QUICK TIPS FOR SETUP AND ENTERING DATA
1)
To enter “SETUP” press and hold the LIGHT button for at least 4 seconds
2)
The display will start to Flash displaying the current User Level
In general

Press the SET button to move through the settings pages

Press the SEL button to change the values

Holding down the SEL button increases the numbers rapidly
To exit setup mode
Press the MODE button, the heart rate monitor will exit setup mode and store the
information you entered.
