Eject
safely un-mounts an attached USB drive. The display will notify you when it is
safe to unplug the USB drive.
Reload
rescans the
Patches
folder of the microSD card (or an attached USB drive)
and then refreshes the Organelle's patches menu. (This also unloads the current
patch so note that all sound will stop until you load another patch.) Any time that you
connect a USB drive to the Organelle while the unit is already powered up, you
should run this function. Once the reload process has completed, you will be left in
the patches menu in order to load an available patch.
Save
stores the current parameter settings with the open patch, essentially printing
the values that have been set with the knobs. Whenever this patch is reloaded, all of
your previous parameters will be recalled regardless of the current knob positions.
Once a knob is moved, however, its physical position will regain control.
Save New
duplicates the current patch and all of its associated files into a new
patch folder and then loads that patch. The new patch also stores the parameter
values of the knobs, just as the
Save
function does. When recording sound to a
sampler/recorder patch,
Save New
will save the new sound(s) to the new patch and
preserve the default sound(s) in the original patch. The new patch takes the name of
the original patch and adds an incremented number. So triggering
Save New
while a
patch named
Basic Poly
is loaded would create (and load)
Basic Poly 2
. And
selecting
Save New
again with either
Basic Poly
or
Basic Poly 2
loaded would
spawn
Basic Poly 3
.
