Crestron
QM-RX
QuickMedia™
Receiver
NOTE:
This procedure sets the Net ID for the QM-RX in the program only. It
does not automatically set the Net ID for the QM-RX itself. SIMPL Windows
automatically changes Net ID values of a device added to a program if a
duplicate device or a device with the same Net ID already exists in the program.
Always ensure that the hardware and software settings of the Net ID match. For
Net ID hardware setting details, refer to “Identity Code” on page 12.
QM-RX Symbol in Programming Manager
Programming Manager is where programmers “program” a Crestron control
system by assigning signals to symbols. Click the plus sign of the QM-RX to
reveal the two available slots, each with its own symbol. In Program Manager,
expand the QM-RX to view the individual sub-slots; then drag the desired
symbol to
Detail View
. The QM-RX sub-slots and corresponding symbols are
described in the following paragraphs. Table defining the input and output
signals follow each section.
QM-RX Slots
Slot 1: C2I-QMRX-VIDEO
The first slot contains the video control module. The video module selects the
video source, sends it to the proper output, saves and recalls skew presets, and
adjusts peaking and boost.
