INPUT DESCRIPTION

QMLinkBoostToSave

Sets the boost that will be saved to the preset given
by

QMLinkPreset#ToSave

when

SaveQMLinkPreset

is held high.

Boost improves the transmission of the encoded
audio signal over cable lengths up to 300 feet.
Valid boost values range from 0% to 100%,
adjustable in 1% increments. Boost is also
programmable using DMT Software.
The following table lists recommended peak/boost
values for various cable lengths.

The peaking and boost values are applied to QM IN
6 and/or QM IN 7.
Valid analog values range from 1d to 100d. Out-of-
range values are ignored. If no preset numbers are
specified, QM IN 6 will recall preset 1 and QM IN 7
will recall preset 2 when the MD7x2 is rebooted.

VideoInpSelect1 and
VideoInpSelect2

Select the video source to be switched to the
indicated QM output. Valid analog values range from
0 (for no source) through 7. Out-of-range values are
ignored.
Thus to route a video source from RGB 4 to QM Out
2, initialize

VideoInpSelect2

to 4d.

AudioInpSelect1 and
AudioOut2

Selects the audio source to be switched to the
program audio portion of the indicated QM output.
Valid analog values range from 0 (for no source)
through 7. Out-of-range values are ignored.
Thus to route an audio source from AUD 4 to QM
Out 2, initialize

AudioInpSelect2

to 4d.
