ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 3 – Upper Supports:
Fasten the Upper Support (G) to the Posts on the
right side of the gym using four 5/16 x 4-1/2" Hex Bolt
Assemblies.
Fasten the Upper Rope Support (H) to the Posts on
the left side of the gym using four 5/16 x 4-1/2" Hex
Bolt Assemblies. Note the position of the rope hole in
the Upper Rope Support. The hole should be closest
to the back of the gym.
STEP 5 – Weld Nuts on Back:
Insert four 3/8" Weld Nuts into the Main Beam at
the back of the tower in the positions shown. Make
sure the threads inside the Weld Nuts are clear as
it may be hard to access the Weld Nuts later.
STEP 4 – End Tent Supports:
Fasten one End Tent Support (AI) to the front Posts
using four 5/16 x 4-1/2" Hex Bolt Assemblies. Arrange
the End Tent Support so the holes at the center are
closest to the top of the board. Repeat with the other
End Tent Support at the back of the tower.
