ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS
STEP 28 – End Tent Pipes & Tent:
Slide one tent Pipe (AL) through the hem at
one end of the Tent (AM).
Loosen the fasteners that secure the left
end of the Front Tent Support. Fit one end
of the Tent Pipe into the large hole in the
back End Tent Support. Fit the other end of
the Pipe into the hole in the front End Tent
Support. Retighten the fasteners.
Drape the Tent over the center Tent Pipe.
Slide the final Tent Pipe through the hem at
the other end of the Tent.
Loosen the fasteners that secure the right
end of the Front Tent Support. Fit one end
of the Tent Pipe into the large hole
in the back End Tent Sup-
port. Fit the other end of
the Pipe into the hole in
the front End Tent Sup-
port. Retighten the fasteners.
Straighten the Tent.
Use a 1/8" diameter drill
to bore a pilot hole up through the bottom
of a End Tent Support and one wall of the
steel Tent Pipe, as shown. Secure the Tent
Pipe to the End Tent Support using one #8
x 2-1/2" Screw. Repeat with the three other
ends of the Tent Pipes.
Drill a 1/8" diameter pilot hole through
one side of a Tent Post and one wall of
the center Tent Pipe. Secure the Tent
Pipe to the Tent Post using one #8 x
1-5/8" Screw. Repeat with the other
Tent Post.
STEP 27 – Tent Posts & Center Pipe:
Fasten one Tent Post Assembly (AK) to the back End
Tent Support using two 5/16 x 3" Hex Bolt Assemblies, as
shown.
Make sure Weld Nuts are used on the outside
of the gym as Bolt heads can interfere with the Swing
Beam in a later step.
Slide one Tent Pipe (AL) into the large hole at the top of
the Tent Post Assembly. Slide the Other Tent Post Assem-
bly over the opposite end of the pipe.
Fasten the Tent Post Assembly to the front End Tent Sup-

port using two 5/16 x 3" Hex Bolt Assem-
blies. Make sure each Tent Post is plumb
before tightening the fasteners.
Use Weld Nuts on
the back of the gym

#8 x 1-5/8" Screw
#8 x 2-1/2" Screw
