ASSEMBLY INSTRUCTIONS

STEP 33 – Tire Swivel & Tire Swing:

The Tire Swivel can be found in the Tire Swing box. Fasten

the Tire Swivel to the Bottom of the Swivel Stringer using

four 5/16 x 2-1/2" Hex Bolt Assemblies through the Swivel

Stringer and Center Deck Board as shown. Be sure to use

Weld Nuts at the top, set into the Center Deck Board.
Locate the Tire Swing Assembly (AT) and place it be-

neath the Gym Platform. Make sure that the hard-

ware  is  fastened  firmly  to  the  Tire  and  that  the

chains are not tangled.
Using the included quick-links, fasten each chain

to the Tire Swivel, as shown. The height of the

Tire Swing should be adjusted by putting the

quick-link through a lower link in the chain. The

standard installation is to loop the quick links to

the third link from the End of the Chain.
Tighten the quick-links using a C-wrench.

STEP 32 – Ladder Slat:

Place the Ladder Slat (A) against the underside of the Rung

Leg and Rung Support. The top of the Ladder Slat should be

up against the bottom of the Platform End.
Secure the Ladder Slat using four #8 x 1-5/8" Screws.

STEP 34 – Cargo Net:

Fasten the Cargo Net (AH) to the Stair Platform End by pass-

ing the end of each rope through a hole and tying a figure

eight or overhand knot. Approximately 1" of rope should ex-

tend beyond the knot when fully tightened. Pull down on the

cargo net to tighten the knots.
Fasten the bottom of the Cargo Net to the Rope Base Rail by

passing the end of each rope through a hole and tying a knot.

At least 1" of rope should extend beyond the knot.
It is important that the Cargo Net is as taut as possible. Peri-

odically check the knots are secure.

Be sure there is a space of at least 9" between the top

horizontal rope and the bottom of the Stair Platform End.

Deck Boards shown cut-

away for clarity. Do not

cut Deck Boards when
