sTEP 61 – beam to swing Mounts:
Fasten the L-Brace (CW) to one of the Swing Mounts us-
ing one 5/16 x 1-1/2" Hex Bolt Assembly through the bottom
hole of the brace as shown below. Align the adjacent hole
with the upper hole in the Swing Mount.
It may be necessary to slightly loosen the bolts holding
the swing Mounts in place.
Lift the Beam into place. Align the hole at the
end of the Beam with the holes in the Swing
Mounts and L-Brace. Fasten using one 5/16
x 5-1/2" Hex Bolt Assembly as shown. Do
not tighten fully as it will be necessary to
pivot the Beam up into place in a later step.
sTEP 62 – beam Legs:
Fasten the Beam Legs (B) to the Front and Back uprights us-
ing one 5/16 x 5-1/2" Hex Bolt Assembly. If the end of the Hex
Bolt protrudes more than two threads beyond the Weld Nut
add Flat Washers under the head of the Bolt.
Do not tighten fully as it will be necessary to pivot the Beam
up into place in a later step.

sTEP 63 – Horizontal support:
Fasten the Horizontal Support (Z) to the Legs using
5/16 x
4-1/2"
Hex Bolt Assemblies as shown below.
Swing the Beam up and move the Legs into place as shown
at right. Fasten the Horizontal Support to the uprights using
one
5/16 x 4-1/2"
Hex Bolt
Assembly and one 1/4 x 3" Lag
Screw with Flat Washer.
Secure the last hole in the
L-Brace to the Beam using
one 5/16 x 3" Hex Bolt
Assembly. Tighten all
fasteners.
Important: Be sure to use
5/16
x 4-1/2" Hex Bolt
Assemblies in the next step; not 1/4" Hex Bolt
