14. Wheel Service and Replacement 
 
 

       Disconnect power supply to the 

FX134A / FX1234 / FX3030

 

series. 

 
 
 

Danger:

 

Only a qualified service technician should service this equipment. An Electrical Shock hazard is present which 

could lead to severe injury or even death. 
 
 

 

          a. Place brake on caster to prevent unit from rolling. 
 
 
          b. Place a block of wood under unit to prop up wheel 
. 
 
          c. Remove screw and washer from end of axel. 
 
 
          d. Slide wheel off and replace with new wheel. 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 
 

                                         

     

 

 
 
 

Remove screw and washer from end of 
axle.  Then slide wheel off of axle.
