GLOSSARY

INSTALLATION MANUAL

Outer shell

(Darling or
Shingle model)

The outer shell is the outside part of the cover.

Sleeve

The sleeve is an aluminum case for the lifting mechanism.

U-frame

The U-frames protect the mechanical parts resting on the
foundation and connect all four posts.

Wire guard
(optional)

The wire guard is an assembly that will house a wire that comes
from the cover to light up the LED light kit on your Oasis cover. It
protects the wire from becoming overly taut and will release extra
wire if this happens.
