Trouble 1
No camera found when running the iDatum.
The connection fails when the iDatum can find the camera
Possible Reason
:
Camera is not started up normally, or USB cable connection error.
iDatum is not normally installed, USB3.0 driver installation failed.
Solution
:
Check camera power wiring (observe the indicator), and check cable connection.
Check if the driver is installed properly.
Reinstall the iDatum or reinstall the driver.
Trouble 2
Live view is black.
Possible Reason
:
Aperture is closed, or camera exception occurs.
Solution
:
Open the aperture or reboot the camera.
Trouble 3
Live view is normal, but camera cannot be triggered.
Possible Reason
:
Incorrect wiring or trigger mode is not enabled.
Solution
:
Check whether the camera trigger mode and related trigger signal input are normal in the current
environment.
Check whether the wiring is correct under corresponding triggering mode.
Trouble 4
Live view and trigger signal are normal, but camera cannot get the image required by the algorithm.
Possible Reason
:
The image output format does not match.
Solution
:
Confirm the image format required by the algorithm and adjust the image output format of the camera in
iDatum.
