
Imaging Parameters Setting
Exposure Time
The camera supports exposure function. For specific exposure range that the camera supports, please
refer to the specifications of the camera. The camera has 3 types of exposure mode: Manual, Once
Automatic and Continuous Automatic.
The 3 exposure modes are shown below
:
Manual
:
The camera exposures according to the value configured by user.
Once Automatic
:
Adjust the exposure time automatically according to the image
brightness. After adjusting, it will switch to Once Automatic Mode.
Continuous Automatic: Adjust the exposure time continuously according to the image
brightness.
If the camera is under Continuous Automatic exposure mode, once external trigger mode is
enabled, the camera will automatically switch to Manual exposure mode.
When the exposure mode is set as Once Automatic or Continuous Automatic, the exposure time should
be within the range of Auto Exposure Time Lower Limit and Auto Exposure Time Upper Limit.
Click
“Acquisition Control” > “Auto Exposure Time Lower Limit” and “Auto Exposure Time Upper Limit”
enter proper parameter value to enable it, shown as below:
