Empty the feed-in tank and the pump housing as much as possible – with a fi lled tank, the Conel Flow
Rain-Champion has a very high weight.
• Loosen the two fastening screws at the top of the feed tank (see Figure 8.2.3);
• Lift Conel Flow Rain-Champion of the wall rail bracket - use suitable vertical devices.
• Dismantling the wall support bracket from the wall.

• Always wear your personal protective equipment and be careful when dis-
mantling;

11 TROUBLESHOOTING
11.1 SECURITY
• Improper performance of activities during troubleshooting can cause death,
grievous bodily harm and damage to the pump.
• Have all the above-mentioned work carried out only by professional and
knowledgeable personnel.
• This staff must have read and understood these operating instructions.
• Turn the pump off without voltage and secure it against unauthorized or un-
intentional switching on.
• Ensure that the Conel Flow Rain-Champion cannot be used without authori-
zation or unintentionally during troubleshooting;
11.2
ERROR STATE DETECTION
If the Conel Flow Rain-Champion is working incorrectly, this may be noticeable at the following points:
• The pump switching machine displays a fault according to the status display;
• Unusual noises can be heard on the Conel Flow Rain-Champion;
• The electrical safety parts are triggered.
11.3
FIRST MEASURES TO ELIMINATE FAULTS
Check the following circumstances:
• Press the „RESET button“ and acknowledge the fault;
• Check the raw line system for leaks;
•
Check water level in the storage?
•
If necessary, check fi lters in the memory on the suction line and, if necessary, clean them:
•
Are all picking points closed?
• Check the electrical r fault current circuit breaker and the associated circuit breaker in the control
cabinet - if necessary switch it back on?
If you are not able to detect any disturbance, please refer to the following chapter“.
