NOTE:
•
Adjust the fl oat switch professionally and appropriately and make sure that
the fl oat switch is mounted free-hanging and is not affected by obstacles (e.B.
components, inlet/removal point) in its function;
•
The electrical supply line of the fl oat switch must not be laid in the ground wit-
hout protection – the country-specifi c electrical regulations must be observed.

CONNECTION OF THE ELECTRICAL COMPONENTS OF THE
CONEL FLOW RAIN-CHAMPION
DANGER: Danger to life due to deadly electric shock!
•
The electrical installation may only be carried out by certifi ed personnel, in
this case the applicable standards and regulations of the respective country in
which the Conel Flow Rain-Champion is to be used must be observed;
• This personnel must have read and understood this operating manual;
• Before the activities begin, the system shall be switched off without voltage
and secured against unauthorised or unintentional re-entry;
• Ensure that the Conel Flow Rain-Champion cannot be used without authori-
sation or unintentionally during his activities;
• Refer to unauthorized persons (especially children, adolescents) or animals
from the fi eld of work/activity.
8.8.1
Electrical connection of the control unit
The control unit is already pre-assembled and electrically wired, establishes the electrical connection
from the building-side power supply to the functional components involved (e.B. zone valve, fl oat
switch, etc.) of the Conel Flow Rain-Champion.
• The connecting cables for the electrical power supply
(1.5m supply line with protective contact plug), the sup-
ply for the pump switching machine and the supply line
for the zone valve are already mounted and electrically
pre-wired;
•
Run the control line of the fl oat switch buckling and
voltage-free up to the control unit of the Conel Flow
Rain-Champion;
•
Now connect the fl oat switch with the insulated cable
end to the WAGO terminals, which are marked with
sensor in the control unit (see 8.8.1.1);
•
To connect the control line of the fl oat switch, open the
clamping brackets of the WAGO terminals, slide the line
into the terminal until the stop, and then close the clamp
bar again;
• The assignment (brown / blue does not play a role in the
assignment of the WAGO terminals;
• Connect the connection line for the pump automatic
from the control unit (protective contact coupling) to
the connection line (protective contact plug) of the pump
switching machine;
• Complete and connect the supply line for the centrifugal
pump (protective contact coupling) coming from the
pump machine to the supply line(protective contact plug)
of the circle pump.
