2.3.2 Assembly
ATTENTION:
• All assembly work may only be carried out by specialist and knowledgeable
personnel who have been adequately informed by carefully studying the
operating instructions.
Prepare the assembly area
• Avoid personal injury and property damage;
• The work area must be large enough to prevent shock and
crush injuries during work, assembly and installation;
• Avoid the risk of tripping or falling;
• Provide free access to the Conel Flow Rain-Champion at any
time.
Assembly
• Avoidance of personal and property damage;

The assembly may only be carried out by skilled and qualifi ed
personnel;
• Proceed carefully during assembly - always wear your personal
protective equipment;

Mount the Conel Flow Rain-Champion horizontally on a fl at
wall with suffi cient distance to the ceiling;
• Connect all Conel Flow Rain-Champion connections properly
and professionally - avoid leaks at the connections and in the
entire pipe network.
Avoidance of personal and property damage;
• Fasten the wall bracket and the Conel Flow Rain-Champion at
the fastening points provided for this purpose using suitable
fastening tools / material.
2.3.3 Installation
ATTENTION:
• All installation activities may only be carried out by skilled and competent
personnel who have been adequately informed by carefully studying the
operating instructions.
• Expel unauthorized persons (especially children and adolescents) and animals
out of the Conel Flow Rain-Champion work area.
NOTE:
•
Observe the maximum suction height and suction line length (you will fi nd
information on this in chapter 8.4);
• To reduce pressure surges in the pipe system and to reduce unnecessary start
/ stop of the Conel Flow Rain-Champion, we generally recommend the use of a
MAG (membrane expansion vessel) in the pressure pipe system - relieves the
entire pipe system and increases the service life of all components and parts
used.
