Procedure:

(2)
Measure the ambient temperature during installation and mark it horizontally.
(3)
Drop a line down from the intersection of the two lines, and read off the air gap to adjust.
Example (as entered):

Ambient temperature during installation = 0 °C
(3)
Air gap = about 26 mm
Ensure that the air gaps on the expansion elements are not displaced during the further
installation of the profiles!
