SysLog Configuration
System Log is useful to provide the system administrator locally or remotely RocketLinx ES7528 events history. There are two
System Log modes provided by the RocketLinx ES7528, local mode and remote mode.
When enabling

modes, you can monitor the system logs in the
Monitor and Diag /Event Log
page.
SysLog Configuration
Description
Local Mode
The RocketLinx ES7528 prints the events that have been selected in the
Event Selection page to the System Log table of the RocketLinx ES7528.
You can monitor the system logs in the
Monitor and Diag /Event Log
page.
Remote Mode
You should assign the IP address of the System Log server. The RocketLinx
ES7528 sends the events that occurred in the selected in Event Selection page
to System Log server you assigned.
Both
Above two modes can be enabled at the same time.
Apply
Click
Apply
to apply the settings.
Note: You must Save the settings (Page 137), if you want to maintain these
settings if the RocketLinx ES7528 is powered off.
