1. Route the patch cord into the tray as shown in the appropriate diagram in

2. Lift up the release tab and slide up the micro-VAM.

3. Pull the dust cap straight out.

4. Connect the patch cord connector to the desired adaptor.

5. Close the tray as described in

Subsection 7.4 Closing the Tray

Note: Always clean and inspect connectors and adapters before mating them. For
guidelines, refer to ADCP-90-159.
