THE BRUSH MOTOR DOESN'T WORK (INNOVA 60B VERSIONS)
ATTENTION To avoid damaging the floor, the motor only starts up when the machine is moved
forwards
1.
Check that the brush head is lowered during the forward movement, with the right lever
(01) turned clockwise.
2.
The operator must be properly seated in the driving position
3.
Check no thermal protection device has intervened.
4.
Check the correct connection of the motor to the terminal board under the footboards.

THE BRUSH MOTOR DOES NOT WORK
ATTENTION To avoid damaging the floor, the motor only starts up when the machine is moved

Check that the brush head is lowered during start-up.
2.
The operator must be properly seated in the driving position.
3.
Check the I-DRIVE selector is on “C” or “D” (brush operating function) (valid only for
Innova 65B - Innova 75B - Innova 85B - Innova 100B - Innova 70S - Innova 70BTO
versions).
4.
Check no thermal protection device has intervened.
5.
Check the correct connection of the motor to the terminal board under the footboards.

IT IS IMPOSSIBLE TO RAISE OR LOWER THE BRUSH HEAD OR SQUEEGEE
The machine is fitted with electrical protection devices that control the brush head and
squeegee ascent/descent motor reducers. In the event of overloading, the fuses interrupt the
power supply. After checking and removing the reason for the problem, to reset them just switch
the machine off then on again. If the problem persists, contact the specialist technical
assistance centre.
79.
THE MACHINE DOES NOT START
1.
Check the connector is connected to the batteries.
2.
Check the key switch (01) is on "I".
3.
Check that the batteries are charged, control the symbol (02) on the control display.
