Clean the splash guard rubber on the left side of the brush head unit well with a wet cloth
and on the right casing.
9.
Repeat the operations in reverse order to reassemble all the parts.
ATTENTION: In order to be assembled correctly, the brush should have the cusp
shape facing the front of the machine.
53. CLEANING THE DEBRIS HOPPER (Innova 70S versions)
Careful cleaning of the debris hopper guarantees better cleaning of the floor as well as a longer
brush motor life. To clean the debris hopper, proceed as follows:
1.
Take the machine to the designated machine maintenance area; use the switch on the
instrument panel to select the “TRANSPORT” program (A).
2.
Block the machine in place by engaging the parking brake, press the pedal (01) and block it
with the lever (02) at the rear of the steering column (read the section “PARKING BRAKE
AND SERVICE BRAKE”).
ATTENTION: users are advised to always wear protective gloves, to avoid the risk
of serious injury to hands.
3.
Turn the main machine switch to "0" by turning the key (03) a quarter rotation to the left.
4.
Remove the key from the instrument panel.
5.
Disconnect the hopper vacuum hose (04).
6.
Turn the knob (05) anti-clockwise until the debris hopper is free to move.
7.
Using the flush handle (06), remove the hopper and empty it.
ATTENTION: The place this operation is carried out should comply with current
environmental protection regulations.
8.
Check the wear of the rubber (07) and clean it with a jet of running water and then with a
damp cloth.
9.
Turn the hopper vacuum filter (08) anti-clockwise, pulling it towards the vacuum hose and
extract it from the retainer pin.
10.
Clean underneath with a jet of water and check it is working correctly.
11.
Repeat the operations in reverse order to reassemble all the parts.
